Set of 6 "Kirkestolen" (meaning church chair) by Kaare klint for Fritz Hansen. This set is from the late 20th century. Constructed of an Oak frame with weaved rope seats. This chair saw the light of day for the first time in the 1930s when Klint was commissioned to design the interior of the Bethlehem church in Copenhagen. They have been in production ever since that day because of their popularity. The set is in a good and honest vintage condition with normal use consistent with age and use.
