Large Swedish floor vase designed by Carl Harry Stålhane for his long time collaborator Rörstrand in the 1950s. The glaze has a very dark blue hue that almost looks like black but also with hints of brown in it. Marked at the bottom: R Sweden CHS SDA. The vase is in a very good vintage condition and is a so called first grade which is not that common for floor vases since they were very hard to produce. It has a very minimal production flaw, 1 mm in size that is only visibel when looking really close.
