Rare vitrine display cabinet in teak with brass details designed by Carl Gustaf Hiort af Ornäs in the 1950s. Produced by his long time collaborator Huonekalu Mikko Nupponen Oy in the town of Lahti, Finland. This cabinet was produced in a few variations on the glass and this version has the black glass to the back and bottom with clear glass on the shelfs, front and sides. Marked with HMN Design Suomi Lahti. Good vintage condition with light ware consistent with age and use.
